Kale Pache is one of the Iranian traditional food not only served in some special restaurants called "Kale Pazi" or "Tabbakhi", but also it is a popular food among families. The combination of a sheep's head and trotters is called kalle-pāče. Usually consumed as a breakfast soup and is typically seasoned with lemon and cinnamon.
